Types of Reports - Class and Student Reports
The following reports are available at the classroom or individual student level:
Class, Group, or Grade-Level Report
This report provides a summary of the benchmark assessment performance for all students in a class, group, or grade level for a specific benchmark assessment period. It includes scores, local district percentiles, and a visual indicator of each student's benchmark status on each score.
Benchmark Scores Table
This report provides a summary of the benchmark assessment performance for all students in a class, group, or grade level for all three benchmark assessment periods on one page. It includes scores and a visual indicator of each student's benchmark status on each score.
Student Summary Report
This report provides a summary of a student’s benchmark assessment performance across all grades and measures. The report is organized by assessment, with scores for each assessment displayed chronologically in a table.
Class Overview
This report displays the number and percent of students in each benchmark status category for a classroom of students. The report also includes basic descriptive statistics, including the average, standard deviation, and range of scores. The report shows a full overview for one grade across one year, including all scores and assessment periods for that grade and year.
Parent Report
This report provides a summary of each student's benchmark assessment data in a format that is designed to be shared with parents.
Initial Grouping Suggestions
This report provides an organized chart of grouping suggestions based on student performance. Students are divided into four groups based on their performance on specific skill areas. These groupings are initial suggestions. The teacher must further revise these groupings based on other information about students' skill levels, available resources, and magnitude of student need.
Lexile® Report
The Lexile Report provides student Lexile measures based on the Acadience Reading Composite Score for students in first through sixth grades.
Student Benchmark Assessment History
This report provides a summary of a student's benchmark assessment performance across all grades, K-6. The report displays the student's scores on individual measures, plotted against both the benchmark target goals and the local district norms.
Pathways of Progress Report
Pathways of Progress is a research-based tool for establishing individual student progress monitoring goals, evaluating individual student progress and rate of growth, and evaluating the effectiveness of support at the classroom, school, or district level. Pathways of Progress provides an evaluation of individual student growth or improvement over time, compared to other students with the same level of initial skills. The Pathways of Progress Report shows the Pathway that each student is on for each score from the middle- or end-of-year benchmark assessment.
Student Pathways of Progress Graphs
The Student Pathways of Progress Graphs plot each student's benchmark scores on a graph in relation to the Pathways of Progress for that student.
Class Progress Report
The Class Progress Report is a horizontal bar chart showing the amount of growth made by each student in a class or group over the course of the year, in relation to the end-of-year benchmark goal.
Effectiveness of Instructional Support Levels by Class
This report categorizes the students in each classroom by instructional support level (based on the Reading Composite Score) and shows the students' scores on measures given during the subsequent benchmark assessment.
Student Progress Monitoring Graphs
This report provides graphs of a student's progress monitoring scores. It is visually similar to the cover page of the progress monitoring scoring booklets. The report can either display traditional aimlines or Pathways of Progress.
Group Progress Monitoring Graphs
The Group Progress Monitoring Graphs report allows you to display a group of students on the same progress monitoring graph. The report will only work for instructional groups, not primary classrooms, and is intended to be used to show progress for a group of students with similar instructional needs and who are receiving similar interventions.
Progress Monitoring Scores Table
The Progress Monitoring Scores Table displays a summary of progress monitoring scores for a class or group of students in a single table.
Classroom, Group, or Grade-Level Progress Monitoring Reports
This report provides a list of students who are being progress monitored. It shows each measure for which the student has received progress monitoring, the median for the last three scores, the relation of those scores to the aimline, the target goal, and a target date.
