If your email address is associated with your username in Acadience Data Management, you can recover your username and reset your password using the Acadience Data Management password reset tool. The password reset page will ask for the email address associated with your username to send you an email with a link. When you click on the link, your username will be displayed and you will be asked to enter a new password.
If your email address is not associated with your username, you won’t be able to use the password reset tool. The District Contact for your account will be able to reset your password for you, and add your email address to your account.
